co-founding partner, has led consulting efforts in performance
management and operating improvements. Prior to Paramount, he worked
as a principle at the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, and as a practice
leader with TRW and with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. John has helped large
corporations improve Sales, Customer Service, and Finance and Accounting
processes. His clients have included Xerox, AT&T, Johnson and Johnson,
Union Camp, Louisiana Pacific, Owens-Illinois, Engelhardt.
John has lead the Activity-Based Costing practice for a unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In this capacity, he implemented activity-based cost analyses and systems
for several major manufacturing companies, including a large Forest
Products Company and a multinational apparel manufacturer. His international
experience includes Dade-Behring, Findley Automotive, in addition to
acting as the Financial Director of the OTM Alliance, and multi-national
research consortium.
John received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the university of
Hartford, Summa cum Laude, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
He has written articles on Activity-Based Costing and Best Practices
in Planning and Budgeting.
