co-founding partner, is a seasoned business executive that has
successfully demonstrated abilities to provide leadership in Strategy
and Financial Management. Larry is experienced in Manufacturing,
Consumer Products, Financial Services, and Communications and Media
industries where he has developed business strategies, managed and
improved business performance, implemented business systems, and
innovated solutions to increase shareholder value.
Prior to Paramount, he worked as a principle at the Balanced
Scorecard Collaborative, a Senior Executive with Nextera Enterprises,
National Partner in Charge of KPMG's Strategy and Financial Management
Consulting Practice and has held management positions including CEO and
CFO.
Larry co-authored with Drs. Kaplan and Cooper " Implementing
Activity-Based Cost Management 'Moving from Analysis to Action",
authored "Performance Measurement: The Balanced Scorecard Approach", was
former Editor-in-Chief of Warren Gorham & Lamont's Corporate Finance
Network and Journal of Cost Management, and member of editorial advisory
board of Journal of Strategic Performance Measures. He is an Adjunct
Professor at Columbia University's Graduate Business School, teaching
Strategy Management and is a guest lecturer at Northwestern University's
J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Larry is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics from New York University
and an MBA in Corporate Financial Management from Pace University
